What is a continuing care retirement community?
A continuing care community is an age-restricted campus that includes a combination of independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing services, all on one campus.
What happens if I make a deposit, then change my mind?
All of your deposits will be 100% refundable* at any time prior to opening, with written notice.
When is the right time to make a deposit?
Make it as soon as you decide Ingleside is right for you.  We are now accepting 10% deposits that lock in entrance fees and guarantee you the available apartment home of your choice, and the opportunity to customize your residence to your personal taste.
Is my entrance fee refundable?
Yes!  It will be 100% refundable.*  There will be no surprises or hidden deductions at any time after leaving the community.
